Runners that overpronate

by admin on January 1, 2012

Each time a foot overpronates, it rolls inwards at the ankle joint along with the mid-foot or arch collapsing. This is called overpronation is often a term that is misused by runner and on blogs and in periodicals. Running shoes are designed for the amount that you overpronate.  The definition of overpronate is normally misused as many runners who overpronate do not have any problems, so there is a lot more to be learnt about this.
